Galvanized Spring
Corrosion-resistant, long-lasting galvanized springs offer up to
a 50% longer cycle life than industry standard springs. Due to
some height and weight restrictions, not all product offerings
include galvanized spring.
Paint System
The paint system consists of a hot-dipped galvanized coating applied to the base
steel. A phosphate treatment is applied before a baked-on epoxy primer paint
is applied. This prime coat is then finished with a baked-on polyester top
coat finish for maximum rust protection.
